The Cosmelan method has been designed to reduce the appearance of blemishes caused by excess melanin in the skin. Melanic origin blemishes have various origins, among which are genetics, ethnic group, sex, pregnancy, oral contraceptive use, menopause etc.

Hair Loss Treatment 

All Appointments now require a $40 booking fee, that must be paid at time of appointment booking. Appointments over 1hour will require $70. Fully redeemable at appointment or if cancellations are made 24hours or more before appointment time. If you wish to rebook your deposit will stay on file. If your treatment total is less than our booking fee you will be required to pay for the treatment at time of booking.

Please note booked treatments can not be changed at time of appointment nor can extra treatments be added as we only allow time for what is booked.

Appointments require full name and contactable phone number (preferably mobile) as we use confirmation texting

Appointments may be shortened in duration where necessary with full treatment price still charged. If late by 10 minutes or more your appointment may be cancelled and booking deposit lost. Future bookings will require a new booking deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments. Cancellations require a 24hour notice period, where this is not given the deposit will be lost regardless of circumstances. Cancellations must be made over the Landline PHONE. Future appointments will then require new booking deposit. Any pre-existing appointments will require a new deposit to be made within 48hours of cancellation.

Booking fee will be lost. All Future bookings will require new booking deposit, if you have pre-existing appointments booked, you will be required to put down new deposit within 48 hours of no show appointment or appointments will be cancelled.

When booking gift voucher number must be quoted, upon appointment arrival voucher must be presented before service. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or purchase of other vouchers. Service vouchers are for Monetary value of service paid at time of purchase. If you wish to use money off a gift card as deposit, then you accept the above terms for deposit policy.

If you use our payment plan service and deposit is forfeited for above reasons, if new deposit is not made alternatively, please note the deposit WILL be added to your payment plan.
